Fasting month of Ramadan is a very special to commemorate the first revelation of the Quran to Muhammad according to Islamic belief. This annual observance is regarded as one of the Five Pillars of Islam. The month lasts 29–30 days based on the visual sightings of the crescent moon, according to numerous biographical accounts compiled in the hadiths.
What made a fasting of Ramadan special?
It is very special to Muslim people especially fasting to increase spirituality and gaining nearness to Allah(God Almighty), to increase in worship, prayer, supplication, devotion to The Creator of the world. It is a contemplation of the Holy Quran, forgiveness and mending relationships with people in one’s life, the concern, care, the worry, being generous towards the poor, oppressed, suffering, and the sick.
Every religion has its own culture to follow. For the Muslims they have this kind of culture which to show to the world that they have capabilities to value life. They offer this one month fasting for the goodness, and to offer their love to Allah to the people and the value of humanity, they value respect to the creator.
